Silver & Black pull another strange statistic out of their hat.
Last Tuesday, Lonnie Walker IV, Jakob Poeltl, and Bryn Forbes led the San Antonio Spurs to an insane come-from-behind, double overtime win against the Houston Rockets.
Three nights later, the Spurs struggled against an injury-riddled Sacramento Kings during their Flashback Friday home game. Once again, an overtime period was required for the Good Guys to bring home the win.
Spurs have trailed by at least 8 points with under 2 minutes to go in each of the last two games and won both.
No NBA team in the last 20 years has won back-to-back games after trailing by 8+ points in the last two minutes of regulation.@EliasSports

In both games, the Spurs trailed by at least eight points with two minutes remaining in regulation. By winning both games, the Spurs were the first team in twenty years to pull off that feat.
The Spurs fought hard for both games, but fortunately they are off for five days. They will host the Cleveland Cavaliers later on Thursday.
