Open Thread: Game 4 is over and the series returns to Toronto

It’s time for Pounders to lock in for the home stretch.

For the first time during this series, I did not catch the game in real time. I am camping in the hill country and although I have the knowledge of how the game ended, I cannot speak to the specificities.

Obviously, Toronto’s victory sets the stage for a home court victory. It also means that we may have seen the last ever games in Oracle. Strange to think of that venue closing with back-to-back losses considering all that has transpired over the last half-decade.

There is a lot to talk about Regarding Game 5. But before that, let’s unpack Game 4.

Klay Thompson made his way back into the line-up, even added on obscene gesture to his bag of tricks (no pun intended). But in the wake of a loss, the motion proved at best an empty gesture (pun intended).

Fill in the rest of the blanks and add your predictions for Monday night’s Game 5 back in Toronto.

Take it away, dear Pounders.
