No one in the NBA has a better three-point percentage than Pau Gasol over the past two seasons

Last night before the tip-off, Bill Land offered up the Ford Fact:

Last season, Pau Gasol led the league with .538 from beyond the arc.

With known 3-point assassins like Kyle Korver and Klay Thompson, you know the Spanish center is in great company.

What struck as most impressive is Pau Gasol’s 95 made 3-pointers since joining the Spurs, more made 3s than his previous 15 combined seasons with the Grizzlies, Lakers, and Bulls combined. His expanded range has been a key factor in the Spurs offensive success these last two years. It’s a shame that we might not see Pau in the game Thursday night. Let’s all send him some good wishes on a speedy recovery and GO SPURS GO!
