Fans of the Texas TikTok duo, the Enkyboys, will soon have a chance to mourn together the loss of Randy Gonzalez, who died from colon cancer on January 25. He was 35. Gonzalez’s wife Kimberly announced the ceremony on Instagram on Saturday, February 11.

“The kids and I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to every single one of you who has reached out to give their condolences,” Kimberly, who shares three kids with Gonzalez — Aubree, Brice, and Lauren — wrote. “Randy’s social media family was special to him and we see it. I hope that you all can come out and share this moment with us, celebrating the Love of My Life. The best partner. The best father ever. My best friend and the BEST human that I have known.”

The celebration of life event will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, February 18 at 2320 Hatfield Road, Pearland, TX 77581, near Houston and Alvin. Gonzalez, who’s from Pearland, announced to his social media family that he had been diagnosed with colon cancer early in 2022. He said his doctor only gave him two or three years to live.

Gonzalez documented his cancer journey on social media, raising awareness of colon cancer and the importance of getting checked early on. He and his family also created a GoFundMe account to help pay for his treatments. Fans are still adding funds to the account as of last week.

Gonzalez and his son Brice are known for creating hilarious TikTok videos together, gathering 15 million followers. Brice gained recognition for his acting on TikTok after landing several roles, such as the grandson of George Lopez on the show, Lopez V. Lopez, and on Eva Longoria’s Flamin’ Hot project.

Following the news of his father’s death, Brice penned a heartwarming letter on Instagram. The 6-year-old rising star wrote, “I wish I could hug you & give you a kiss one more time dad but I know you will be watching over me, mom, and the girls.”

“Until I see you again dad. I promise to make you proud. I love you,” he wrote.
