SAPD: Triple shooting at graduation party on the East Side

According to SAPD, three people were shot at a graduation party Saturday evening on the East Side.

The incident occurred around 9:53 p.m. at the 4600 block of Argonne Drive.

Police say, a man was running on the street asking for help and told people at the party someone was chasing him.

Later, a truck pulled up with at least two other people and began arguing with those at the party, officials say.

According to SAPD, the suspects took out at least two guns and started shooting at the crowd. Police say, three people were hit including a 15-year-old boy, 47-year-old man and a 30-year-old female.

All three victims were transported to Brooke Army Medical Center with two in stable condition and one in critical condition.

Police have a possible suspect in custody but no arrests have been made.

The investigation is still ongoing.
