Rudy Gay came back to make the day of two special fans
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and one Spurs player was doing his part.
Toward the end of Saturday night’s game, Rudy Gay scored some timely buckets and notched a double-double to help the San Antonio Spurs win a tight contest against the Los Angeles Lakers. But that wasn’t the end of his night, as he came back out and signed his game-worn shoes for two breast cancer survivors.

Gay’s grandmother was a breast cancer survivor, and it’s great to see him do what he can to support other women who are fighting the same fight.
