Northside ISD offering another COVID-19 vaccine opportunity in San Antonio

Another opportunity to get a COVID-19 vaccine is happening on Thursday at a Northside Independent School District facility. 

NISD partnered with Carvajal Pharmacy to offer the Moderna vaccine for residents 18 and up from noon to 5:30 p.m. at the Paul Taylor Field House, according to the announcement.

Insurance is not required, but participants are asked to bring an insurance card if they have one. Families must register online here. 

The city-run COVID-19 site at the Alamodome is no longer requiring appointments for shots. WellMed is also offering vaccines at the Cisneros Senior Community Activity Center.

According to the latest Metro Health data, 901,876 and 623,345 people are partially and fully vaccinated, respectively. 

The  Paul Taylor Field House is located at  7001 Culebra Road.
