Marcus Rashford & Tyrone Mings send messages to England ahead of Poland clash
English pair Marcus Rashford and Tyrone Mings have taken to social media this evening, to send messages of good luck to their international teammates.
Poland test
Gareth Southgate’s men are of course set to return to action shortly.
The Three Lions face a tricky test against Poland, in the nation’s final World Cup qualifier of the international break.
England no doubt head into the clash brimming with confidence, having thoroughly impressed on their way to successive 4-0 downings of both Hungary and Andorra over the course of the last week.
Southgate and co., in turn, sit pretty atop the Group I table, boasting a perfect record of five wins from five.
‘Good luck lads’
Five points adrift of the Three Lions in 2nd, though, come the country’s opponents this evening.
On the back of a shaky start to their own qualifying campaign, Poland have too impressed this month, notching six points from an available six, netting a hefty 11 goals, whilst conceding just two.
With star man Robert Lewandowski continuing to fire on all cylinders, their toughest test of the break therefore likely awaits England in Warsaw this evening.
In turn, as outlined above, a pair of those who were unavailable for selection to Gareth Southgate on Wednesday have taken to social media, to wish their international teammates good luck.
After the visitors’ starting XI was unveiled on Twitter, both Marcus Rashford (injured) and Tyrone Mings (suspended) posted responses, showcased below:
