A 33-year-old man was arrested Saturday in an alleged sexual assault of a female relative last month, according to Bexar County court documents.

Marvin Villanueva-Alvarado picked up the 13-year-old from school on Jan. 9 and told her they were going to talk, according to an arrest affidavit. Villanueva-Alvarado then drove the girl to a house where the girl says she was assaulted and then told not to tell anyone, the affidavit states.

On Feb. 10, the girl talked to a police officer about the assault. The girl also reported that her attacker told her he had assaulted two other underage girls. The victim repeated her story in a second police interview weeks later and identified her attacker in a photo.

A warrant was issued for Villanueva-Alvarado arrest on Saturday and he was arrested two hours later. Villanueva-Alvarado remains in jail on $65,000 bail.
