The Las Vegas Raiders took care of their most important running back position earlier in the week. The Raiders assured Josh Jacobs would return next season as the team used the franchise tag on him for this season. The Raiders signed another running back this week before the free-agency period next week.
According to Aaron Wilson with KPRC, the Raiders re-signed Ameer Abdullah to a one-year deal for 2023. He made an impact on the Raiders passing game last season, as he recorded one touchdown and 211 receiving yards on 25 catches last season.
