College Station men charged with theft of $1K of alcohol from H-E-B
Two College Station men allegedly stole more than $1,000 worth of alcohol from an H-E-B, according to an arrest affidavit.

Two men from College Station allegedly stole more than $1,000 worth of alcohol from an H-E-B, according to the College Station Police Department. The pair admitted to police that they illegally took the alcohol to provide it for parties.
According to KBTX 3, Harold Collins, 19, and Bryce Otis, 19, took the alcohol on two separate occasions. During their first theft on September 15, the pair reportedly put $364 worth of Twisted Teas, Michelob Ultras, and two Fireball beer and wine buckets into carts before exiting the store without paying.
On the second trip on October 7, Collins and Otis allegedly stole nearly $800 worth of alcohol, including nine Michelob Ultra 18-packs, six Miller Lite 24-packs, 16 Twisted Tea 12-packs, five Coors Light 24-packs, and five Coors Banquet 24-packs.
Police tracked down Collins and Otis by using vehicle license plates. Collins reportedly told police that they took the beer to provide alcohol at parties they were attending. Both are now facing theft charges.
College Station is a city in eastern Central Texas located in Brazos County. It’s home to the main campus of Texas A&M University. On the campus, the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum documents the life of the 41st U.S. president.
It’s unclear if the men were students at Texas A&M University.
