Drew Eubanks played in the first quarter

Answering the question of what will happen now that Pau Gasol is gone

Four minutes and two points (free throws at that) may not seem impressive, but slip in a killer block and Drew Eubanks was bound to start a wave on social media.

Add the fact that we were just discussing what would happen in terms of a third big now that Pau Gasol was gone, and it seems that the answer has formed before our very eyes. LaMarcus Aldridge and Jakob Poeltl both started together and Jakob got himself into some early foul trouble bringing Rudy Gay off the bench. But when LMA needed a break, Pop turned to the two-way player.

He looked comfortable in the face of Jokic, and his block moved the AT&T Center crowd.

There will be more chances to see the Oregon big man in the near future, and if you want to see him playing a bigger role, come down to the AT&T Center Friday as the Austin Spurs take on the Raptors 905 on the San Antonio Spurs floor.
