West Ham’s Tomas Soucek scores his first hat trick as Czech Republic hammer Estonia

Bubble Man

West Ham’s Tomas Soucek is enjoying an outstanding season for his club and he produced another fantastic display tonight as he hit the first hat trick of his senior career in Czech Republic’s 6-2 win over Estonia.

Playing in the centre of midfield, Soucek’s stats show how good his evening was as his country got off to an excellent start in their World Cup Qualifiers. He scored in the 32nd, 43rd and 48th minutes and was joined on the score sheet by Bayer Leverkusen’s Patrik Schick, Udinese owned but Hellas Verona’s Antonin Barak and Sampdoria’s Jakub Jankto.

The player is enjoying some week after being named as the Czech Republic’s player of the year.

Soucek has featured in all 29 Premier League games for West Ham so far this season and has established himself as a real fan’s favourite at the London Stadium and has been one of David Moyes best players.

He has been a central to West Ham’s sustained push for the European places this season and his country will be hoping his form continues into Euro 2020, where they have been drawn with England, Scotland and Croatia.
