Warren Sharp Buries Ex-Raiders QB Derek Carr: He’s The ‘Worst Inside 10’
To say former Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Derek Carr is having a rough week would be putting it mildly. From Carr’s revelation about his wife “crying” last season to getting obliterated on Twitter all day on Friday, it just kept getting worse for No. 4.
Carr’s words that went viral following his interview with The Fresno Bee’s Anthony Galaviz have been duly covered, perhaps ad nauseum. So, we’ll spare you, folks. This time, it was actual football analysis via film that resulted in Carr getting demolished. This is thanks to Warren Sharp, of NFL on Fox and The Ringer fame.
In so many words, it started quite innocently. Sharp responded to Silver and Black Pride’s Bill Williamson by posing the question of whether to expose Carr’s shortcomings in the red zone by way of film. Apparently, Sharp would do so if five people on Twitter bought his book; you guessed it, more than enough people were willing to pay up.
