Tom Brady rookie card sells for $3.1 million at auction, shattering previous record
Tom Brady just continues to put his name in the record books.
Winning six Super Bowls is one thing, as it’s hard to see anyone eclipsing that mark in the next few decades, aside from maybe Patrick Mahomes. Brady’s running out of room on his hands for all the rings he’s won, but that’s a good problem to have. And he’s not only the winningest quarterback in NFL history, in terms of Super Bowl victories, but he’s also set plenty of other milestones along the way as well.
One of them just happened, and while it’s the offseason, this particular record took place away from the gridiron, in a sense.
