THQ Nordic Celebrates Its Anniversary With A Bunch Of Switch eShop Discounts

A while back I bought Chronos physically, and I first hated it, then tried again on the easiest mode, loved it, did a second zero-death run, did a 5-ish-death run on medium, and a single death run on medium. It’s a beautiful world, just scary enough to make advancing tense yet not want to stay in place, just nice enough to make me enjoy taking it all in and wondering what’s next. The combat is fun (once you spend more time fighting and advancing than dying, loading, and doing it all over again), the puzzles and exploration are fun, all weapons are purely a choice within two classes, nothing is truly weaker or stronger, just different in use,… It just has terrible load times and you need to get the hang of combat without constantly dying. ‘Easy’ is a great way to do that. I’d say it’s really underrated.

De Blob was an instant classic on Wii, that only needed a jump button instead of a jump motion, so I’d suppose it’s great on Switch.
