The Spurs select Tre Jones with the 41st pick of the 2020 NBA Draft
After picking a promising 3-D wing in Devin Vassell at 11th overall, the Spurs used their second round pick to select Tre Jones, a 6’3” point guard out of Duke and brother of the Grizzlies’ Tyus Jones.
While the Spurs are currently very deep at guard, Jones has a good resume, including winning ACC Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year with the Blue Devils last season. We’ll have more on this picking coming up soon.
