Derrick and Dejounte played together for five whole minutes and, for the first time ever, both scored over 16 points in the same game.
Every time the Spurs and Rockets face off there are fireworks. We have the highlights to prove it!
The biggest highlight might be all the internet love Dejounte Murray got…
Dejounte is the #5 trending topic in the United States.

We know why he was trending. He stood up to Harden and threw it down on McLemore:

Dejounte finished with 16 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals, and a block in less than 30 minutes. He looked explosive and dynamic. He’s leading the league in average speed for a reason.
Meanwhile, Bryn Forbes was hitting threes like crazy:

Derrick White was steady, as usual. He is an elite pick & roll ball handler – 86th percentile in the NBA, the highest ranked guard on the Spurs in the play-type. Passes like this to Rudy are one of the reasons why.

He had some strong drives to the hoop, was 6-8 on free throws and 2-3 on threes for a total of 16 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists in less than 24 minutes. A great, complete game from Derrick that showcased his all-around ability.

Walking highlight Lonnie Walker IV got 10 minutes of playing time and didn’t do much of consequence. I’m sure he’ll bounce back next game.
