The interactive art gallery that opened a permanent location in San Antonio in October 2020 at the Travis Park Building, is out to catch the California sun and waves with a planned location at the West Harbor development in Los Angeles.
Hopscotch’s West Harbor location will exist as an art gallery, and food and beverage destination, according to a news release. The new location will have 17,000 square feet of gallery lounge space, and almost 2,000 square feet of outdoor space.
West Harbor is an incoming mixed-use California development that will have 65,000 square feet of newly leased space, plus 32,000 square feet of outdoor patio space on the LA waterfront.
The project will break ground in 2022.
Hopscotch started as a popup in Austin before migrating south to San Antonio and into the Travis Park Building. It has since grown to offer numerous food and drink events hosting several local concepts and showcasing local artists.
