Team news for United’s trip to West Ham

Ole has an abundance of options to choose from in central midfield, with Fred and Scott McTominay preferred in midweek.

With the Brazilian suspended for Tuesday’s clash with RB Leipzig, the boss may opt to start him and rest McTominay, perhaps to give Donny van de Beek or Paul Pogba a run-out after their showings off the bench against the Parisians, while Nemanja Matic is also available.

At the back, Axel Tuanzebe can be selected after missing the PSG game through European suspension, but Phil Jones won’t return from a knee operation until after Christmas.

Eric Bailly and Jesse Lingard were unused substitutes on Wednesday, after overcoming various injury and illness issues which have kept them sidelined since the opening weeks of the campaign, while Odion Ighalo was given late minutes on his first appearance for two months.
