Stats Show How Much The Cowboys Are Lagging Behind
Aside from being the most valuable franchise in the NFL, the Dallas Cowboys have a proud championship tradition with five Super Bowls.
However, they haven’t won one since 1995 which is also the last time they reached the NFC Championship Game.
Since then, the Cowboys have won only four playoff games in 15 tries.
They had a golden opportunity last season after winning the NFC East but lost to the San Francisco 49ers at home during the Wild Card Round.
In contrast, the Houston Texans have fallen on hard times after the exodus of their top talent.
They finished the 2021 season with a 4-13 mark which is their second consecutive losing season.
But if recent NFL history is to be examined, the Texans have done better than their intrastate rivals over the last decade.
