San Antonio police are in standoff with a man accused of shooting at a neighbor.
The hours-long standoff began after police arrived at the 4000 block of Sunrise Creek Drive just before 11:30 p.m. Wednesday for a report of a shooting. Police said witnesses told them the suspect shot several times at the neighbor’s property.
The man then barricaded himself inside his own home, SAPD said.

At one point, the suspect came outside of the house, but returned immediately, officials at the scene said.
SWAT was called to the residence early Thursday.
