A teenager has been hospitalized in critical condition after getting shot in the head early Thursday morning, police say.
San Antonio police said the victim— who was in the passenger seat of a vehicle— was near the 4900 block of E. Houston Street around 1:30 a.m., when a man on the sidewalk fired a shot into the moving vehicle, officials said.

The driver was able to get away and took them to a nearby Circle K to call for help.
Police are still searching for the shooter.
