San Francisco 49ers Elevate RB For NFC Championship Game After Injuries To Christian McCaffrey, Elijah Mitchell

The San Francisco 49ers elevated two before their NFC championship Game Sunday. The 49ers will play the Philadelphia Eagles on the road for the chance to play in the Super Bowl. The 49ers have been battling through injuries to several key players this week. They added some depth at running back Saturday afternoon.

According to Mike Garafolo with the NFL Network, the 49ers promoted Tevin Coleman and cornerback Janoris Jenkins to the active roster. Garafolo’s take is that Coleman would see carries Sunday, with Mitchell listed as questionable on Friday’s injury report.
