The San Antonio Zoo has released a line of wild Easter baskets for all of the animal lovers out there.

The pre-made gift baskets feature a variety of zoo merchandise, plush toys and more for every age group. Starting at $59.99, the baskets come with eight items that are tailored to infants, toddlers and youths.

The baskets include items such as giraffe and snake stuffed animals, animal hatch kits, LED wands, water bottles and more. There are six baskets to choose from and each features a different set of items.

Zoo president Tim Morrow said the Easter baskets are another way zoo-lovers can help keep the facility afloat while they are shut down because of the coronavirus pandemic.

“With our zoo closed, we have lost virtually all of our income to operate the zoo. Our team has been working to find creative ways to generate revenue in any way that can help us survive this closure,” Morrow said. “… Our zoo is resilient, and we have a ‘refuse to fail’ attitude. To care for these animals, we have no other choice. We cannot fail.”

The baskets can be picked up at the zoo, or they can be mailed directly to your house for $79.99. The baskets can be purchased online here.

In addition to the baskets, patrons can help the zoo by donating to the emergency fund, buying a monthly membership for $3 or adopting an animal.
