Russell Westbrook, Clippers Agree To Two-Year, $8M Contract

Russell Westbrook has agreed to re-sign with the LA Clippers on a two-year, $8 million contract. The Clippers will use Westbrook’s Non-Bird rights to give him a minor bump in salary over the veteran minimum.

Westbrook averaged 15.8 points, 4.9 rebounds and 7.6 assists in 21 games with the Clippers at the end of last season. LA signed the veteran point guard after Westbrook was bought out by the Utah Jazz following a deadline trade from the Los Angeles Lakers.
