Rudy Gay will play tonight vs. Raptors

Good news for the biggest game of the season.

Rudy Gay will play for the Spurs tonight in their much-anticipated match-up against the Tornoto Raptors, per Gregg Popovich.

Gay missed the Spurs’ New Year’s Eve win against the Celtics after experiencing stiffness in his wrist following their win against the Clippers. His presence is good news in their match-up against Kawhi Leonard.

In other injury related news, Kyle Lowry will miss tonight’s game with a sore back. Raptors coach Nick Nurse said he would be evaluated at shoot around today, and clearly they determined he wasn’t ready to go.
