Report: 49ers re-signing veteran DL Kerry Hyder
The San Francisco 49ers are re-signing veteran defensive lineman Kerry Hyder, NFL Network reported Friday.
He contributed 19 tackles, one sack and one fumble recovery in 16 games (one start) with the 49ers in 2022.
Hyder played 36 percent of the defensive snaps for the NFC West champions.
Hyder, who turns 32 next month, has recorded 21 sacks and 160 tackles in 87 games (24 starts) with the Detroit Lions (2015-16, 2018), Dallas Cowboys (2019), 49ers (2020, 2022) and Seattle Seahawks (2021).
