Prince Harry’s feud with King Charles, Prince William at intervention point: expert

Prince Harry’s feud with King Charles, Prince William at intervention point: expert

Prince Harry’s ongoing rift with his family is said to have reached a boiling point, a royal expert has claimed.

The Duke of Sussex is en route Thursday to Singapore to attend a fundraiser polo match, while his brother Prince William is also headed there — but at a later date.

And according to royal expert and True Royalty TV co-founder Nick Bullen, a heartfelt reunion between the brothers will not be on the cards anytime soon.

“I’m sure everybody managed those diaries to make sure there was no crossover whatsoever,” Bullen told Fox News.

“Harry hasn’t even been going to old friends’ weddings. So, those moments where they might bump into each other aren’t happening, let alone the choreographed moments.”

Harry has been in Asia this week since touching down in Tokyo, Japan on Tuesday for the ISPS Sports Value Summit-Special Edition.

He and longtime pal and polo champ Ignacio “Nacho” Figueras are now headed to the 2023 Sentebale ISPS Handa Polo Cup in Singapore.

The event helps Sentebale — a charity founded by Harry — raise funds to support children and young people affected by HIV.

For his part, William is set to visit Singapore in Southeast Asia in November for the 2023 Earthshot Prize Awards ceremony.

“I think there is so much water under the bridge between William and Harry that how they intend to find that common ground is beyond most royal commentators,” Bullen shared. “I think there needs to be a brokerage from another person. There almost needs to be an intervention. It requires both parties to be willing to come to the table.”

“But I think it’s going to be very difficult to see how this is going to happen,” Bullen went on. “People have such entrenched views. [During] the coronation, the seating plan was carefully worked out [so] that they wouldn’t have to have an interaction.”

“I think it will require big apologies from both sides. But whether they’re going to come or not, I think it’s pretty unlikely,” the royal expert added.

Harry and wife Meghan Markle were recently snubbed of an invite from King Charles to attend the Royal Family’s gathering marking one year since the death of Queen Elizabeth II.

“William and [his wife] Kate [Middleton] are going to be spending time at Balmoral this summer,” said Bullen, who had worked closely with King Charles for over a decade.

“They’re going to be staying up in a cottage that was a favorite of the queen’s when she was alive. William and Kate have taken it over with their children for this summer. So, it’s nice to see the traditions are continuing.”

The snub follows the King recently evicting the Sussexes from their royal digs at Frogmore Cottage — meaning the couple will have to set up camp with a pal or a hotel next time they visit Harry’s home soil.

Despite that, a royal expert said that Charles will not be stripping Harry and Meghan of their “Duke and Duchess of Sussex” royal titles no matter what.

Tensions between the Firm and the Sussexes had reached an all-time high after the pair packed up and moved across the pond.
