Orlando Come From Behind to Defeat Atlanta

ATLANTA, GA–Orland City SC rallied from a goal down to defeat Atlanta United, 2-1, on Saturday at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The win, their third in the last four, vaults the Lions to fifth in the Eastern Conference table while Atlanta fall to seventh following their first home loss since May 13th.
The Five Stripes went on the board first in the 22nd minute after Caleb Wiley pounced on a rebound after Machop Chol’s initial shot was cleared off the line. That lead lasted all of three minutes, though, as Antonio Carlos would head in Mauricio Pereyra’s free kick for an equalizer. Pereyra would then send Duncan MacGuire on this way in the 60th minute as the latter shot just inside the right post for the eventual match winner.
