Note the time and network change to Wednesday’s return.
The Spurs are headed home after a disappointing Rodeo Road Trip. Despite playing well in most games, they fell short in a handful, got wiped out in a couple, and won only two.
The Good Guys play tonight in a final push to stay in the playoff picture. With two teams above the Spurs dealing with injury (Jaren Jackson Jr. in Memphis and Damian Lillard in Portland), that final seed is not locked in. But with the New Orleans Pelicans heading into this stretch with the “easiest” schedule and a healthy Zion Williamson, the move into the 8th seed will not be a cakewalk.
If you are planning to make the trip to the AT&T Center to support the Silver & Black in person, note there is a time change.
Per the Spurs press release:
The announced that tipoff for the Feb. 26 Spurs vs. Dallas Mavericks game at the AT&T Center has been moved to 7:30 p.m. CT. The game will be carried by FOX Sports Southwest (FSSW) with a with a 30-minute Spurs Live pregame show beginning at 7 p.m. CT, and will no longer be broadcast by ESPN. To view the full broadcast schedule, please visit Spurs.com or download the .
The first 10,000 fans to attend the homecoming will receive a LaMarcus Aldridge bobblehead. For those keeping count, this is the third bobblehead to be released this season along with DeMar DeRozan (November), Patty Mills (January), and Rudy Gay (coming up in March). Fans are encouraged to arrive early. Get your tickets through Pounding the Rock here.
If you not attending the game in person, then make a note not only of the change in tip-off time, but network. The Spurs will not be on ESPN, but Fox Sports Southwest.
