Open Thread: Spurs unveil a limited edition “Paris” jacket
The Spurs will play one game in France this season
This January, the San Antonio Spurs are taking on the Indiana Pacers in Paris, France. The Silver & Black have bonded quite the French connection. First, the talents of French players past led to multiple NBA Championships. And currently our roster sports two French players including the generational phenomenon that is Victor Wembanyama.
To commemorate the NBA’s effort to take the game global, the Spurs commissioned a limited number of tailor-made jackets from Global Fashion Designer Chazz Twozz and his TWOZZDAY brand.
TWOZZDAY brand has been seen around the world and on the streets of Paris during Paris Fashion Week. Chazz Twozz has operated as a top underground streetwear brand, adorning some of the most fashion-forward personalities pop culture has to offer.
Believe it or not, our Spurs are slowly becoming fashion icons for the future of the NBA. One need only look at Devin Vassell’s line to get an idea of how these athletes dress off the court.
