Nottingham Forest will take on Newcastle in what will be their first Premier League game in 23 years.
Steve Cooper’s side won promotion back to England’s top flight last month and have been given an away trip to Tyneside for their first game of the new campaign. It won’t get any easier for the newly-promoted side as they were handed a brutal double-header against Tottenham and Man City to round of the month of August.
They’ll also look forward to facing both Manchester United and Liverpool in April, before finishing the campaign with a three successive clashes against teams from the capital, where they will play Chelsea and Arsenal before finishing the season against Crystal Palace.
