NFL power rankings based on Super Bowl odds ahead of OTAs: Bucs, Saints among biggest movers

The NFL offseason continues to chug along, and OTAs (Organized Team Activities) begin on Monday as we get one step closer to training camp.

Each week at BetSided, yours truly is breaking down the latest roster moves, injuries and more in our NFL Power Rankings. It’s never too early to consider your Super Bowl futures, so without further ado, here’s my latest power rankings based on the odds at WynnBET Sportsbook to win it all in 2022.

1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+600)

The Bucs have moved from +650 to +600 in the latest Super Bowl odds. Tom Brady really changes everything…

2. Buffalo Bills (+700)

The Bills have a really solid roster entering the 2022 season, but they’re going to have their hands full with a loaded AFC to make it to their first Super Bowl under Josh Allen.

3. Kansas City Chiefs (+1000)

The Chiefs have one of their best rosters around Patrick Mahomes, but the loss of Tyreek Hill won’t be replaceable.

4. Los Angeles Rams (+1000)

The Rams don’t have as many questions as the rest of the NFC West, and that could be enough to propel them to one of the top three seeds in the conference.

5. Green Bay Packers (+1200)

It’s going to be interesting to see Aaron Rodgers in an offense without Davante Adams. However, the Packers have really improved their defense this offseason.

6. Baltimore Ravens (+2000)

I’m all in on the Ravens as long as Lamar Jackson stays healthy in 2022.

7. Dallas Cowboys (+1800)

The Cowboys have one of the easiest schedules in the NFL, but they may have some trouble with the Eagles, who continue to make moves this offseason.

8. Los Angeles Chargers (+1500)

The AFC West won’t be a cakewalk, but the Chargers will be a fun team to follow during the offseason with so many big-name acquisitions reporting to the team (Khalil Mack, J.C. Jackson).

9. Cincinnati Bengals (+1800)

The Bengals have fallen down the odds list over the last few months, but they’ll be in contention as long as Joe Burrow is under center.

10. Philadelphia Eagles (+3000)

The Eagles signed James Bradberry this week, and they really seem to be putting Jalen Hurts in a great position to succeed in 2022.

11. Cleveland Browns (+1500)

Jadeveon Clowney is back in Cleveland, and the Browns are going to be a tough team as long as Deshaun Watson is able to play this season.

12. Denver Broncos (+1800)

The Broncos’ biggest challenge will be staying afloat in a division that could have three playoff teams in 2022. Russell Wilson should help, but the playoffs are far from a guarantee.

13. San Francisco 49ers (+1200)

Do oddsmakers know something we don’t about Trey Lance? Probably. I still think they are overvalued in the latest Super Bowl odds.

14. Las Vegas Raiders (+4000)

The Raiders have a tough road in the AFC West, but the Davante Adams-Derek Carr combo will be fun to watch in the offseason.

15. Indianapolis Colts (+1800)

Matt Ryan is an upgrade over Carson Wentz, but does he have enough left in the tank for the Colts to make a Super Bowl run?

16. New Orleans Saints (+5000)

The Saints jumped up a few spots this week with their Super Bowl odds moving from +5000 to +3000.

17. Arizona Cardinals (+2500)

OTAs are going to be crucial for a Cardinals team that needs to find a way to replace Christian Kirk for the whole season and DeAndre Hopkins for the first six games…

18. Tennessee Titans (+2500)

Do the Titans turn to Malik Willis at any point this season? The No. 1 seed in the AFC last year is further down the odds board than you’d expect after last season.

19. Miami Dolphins (+3500)

Tua Tagovailoa’s Dolphins career may be riding on his play this season.

20. New England Patriots (+4000)

Are the Patriots destined to take a step back in 2022? Mac Jones is going to need to do more in Year 2 in a loaded AFC.

21. Minnesota Vikings (+4000)

I’m not sold on the Vikings just running things back with Kirk Cousins in 2022.

22. Pittsburgh Steelers (+7500)

How long does Mitch Trubisky last before the Steelers turn things over to first-round pick Kenny Pickett?

23. Washington Commanders (+7500)

Washington’s odds fell after acquiring Carson Wentz, and the Commanders are clearly behind the Eagles and Cowboys in the division.

24. Chicago Bears (+7500)

The Bears’ odds have moved from +10000 to +7500, but until we see Justin Fields take a step, this team is a wild card in the NFC North.

25. New York Giants (+10000)

The Giants released James Bradberry last week and promptly signed with their division rival, the Philadelphia Eagles. Not great.

26. Jacksonville Jaguars (+10000)

Doug Pederson can really improve his coaching resume if he gets Trevor Lawerence back on track in 2022.

27. New York Jets (+12500)

The Jets have a solid roster, but Zach Wilson’s development is going to be the key to the team having any success in 2022.

28. Carolina Panthers (+10000)

Matt Corral may be the team’s best option at quarterback, but the Panthers could be in the Baker Mayfield business as well this offseason.

29. Seattle Seahawks (+10000)

The Drew Lock-Geno Smith quarterback competition is going to be interesting, and probably not in a fun way…

30. Atlanta Falcons (+20000)

Desmond Ridder or Marcus Mariota? No serious football team would be asking themselves that question ahead of OTAs. Last place in the NFC South seems like a guarantee.

31. Detroit Lions (+20000)

Dan Campbell’s team is going to play hard, we know that after last season. Jared Goff has a few more weapons, but the Lions are in the bottom three in the odds entering OTAs.
