Two seasons ago, the Los Angeles Rams won the Super Bowl. Not much has gone right since, and it’s hard to find much reason for optimism as we inch closer to the 2023 season.

The Los Angeles Rams finished last season 5-12, dealing with an absurd amount of injuries all over the field in their attempt to defend their Super Bowl title. They went just 1-5 in their division and were forced to see Baker Mayfield, John Wolford and Bryce Perkins take snaps at quarterback.
Heading into 2023, the Rams are starting to really feel the effects of shipping out so many picks for players. Gone are Bobby Wagner and Jalen Ramsey. Gone is what feels like most of their Super Bowl-winning defense from 2021. Beyond Aaron Donald, this team has holes everywhere that they hope will get filled by young, unproven defenders.
