One of Houston’s biggest needs is at quarterback, but are the Texans desperate enough to move up just one spot in the draft to get to No. 1, which would ensure that they get the quarterback of their choosing? Long-time NFL Draft expert Mel Kiper certainly thinks its a possibility.
