Maxx Crosby Channeling Inner Hall Fame Mindset of Ray Lewis?

Baltimore Ravens Hall of Famer, Ray Lewis, held his teammates to the highest standards – so is the Las Vegas Raiders’ Maxx Crosby. In a recent interview with Ed Graney of the Las Vegas Review-Journal, the Las Vegas Raiders star defender discussed how the team must be better moving forward.

“We need to re-evaluate the standard – what is playing hard, what is improvement, what does that look like? I think that starts with the offseason, having everyone on the same page and re-evaluating that standard and getting to where we need to be. That’s every single guy on our team there shouldn’t be a gray area. There should be 11 guys playing relentlessly no matter what the score is, no matter our situation.” Maxx Crosby via – The Las Vegas Review-Journal

For Crosby, he walked the walk and talked the talk this season as he was just four votes shy of earning his first All-Pro selection. The star edge rusher camped in the opposition’s backfields all season long.
