A man was hospitalized after he was shot in the neck while driving on the East Side overnight, according to San Antonio police.
The shooting was reported just after midnight Friday at South WW White and Lord Road, located near Southeast Loop 410.
According to SAPD, a man reported he was driving on Lord Road when he heard a pop and then felt blood running down his neck. He pulled into a parking lot and called for help.
The man was taken to a hospital and is expected to be OK, police said.
Police are investigating where the shot came from and who fired it.
