Thunderstorm activity is a concern for the San Antonio area into the late evening on Wednesday night through early Thursday morning.

Lighting and strong winds near 50 mph were associated with a line of thunderstorms reported to the west of San Antonio.

Downpours up to an inch of rain are also possible but the storms could start to weaken in the next couple of hours.
