LeBron James Would Need Two-Month Recovery If He Undergoes Surgery On Foot

LeBron James could undergo surgery this offseason to repair a torn tendon in his left foot.

James would face a two-month rehabilitation period if he undergoes surgery, which would still allow him to be ready for the start of training camp.
