Knicks, Lakers, Clippers, Hornets, Pelicans Interested In Trading For Myles Turner

The Indiana Pacers discussed Myles Turner trade scenarios with at least the Boston Celtics in the offseason and they have received interest from a number of teams ahead of next Thursday’s deadline.

The New York Knicks, Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Clippers, Charlotte Hornets and New Orleans Pelicans have each expressed interest in Turner.

The Hornets, who eventually acquired Hayward, have had interest in Turner for the better part of a year. Charlotte took Frank Kaminsky two spots ahead of Turner in 2015.

Turner is in the second season of a deal that pays him $18 million annually flat.

The future of Turner with the Pacers is unclear as he shares a frontcourt with Domantas Sabonis.

Sources also tell the Indianapolis Star that the Pacers are not shopping Turner.
