Kate Beckinsale is the ‘sexiest 50-year-old alive’ in bedazzled bodysuit on birthday
She’s turning 50 in style.
Kate Beckinsale shared some festive photos from her “love and glitter”-filled birthday party on Sunday, with the star sparkling in a Swarovski crystal-covered bodysuit to mark her new decade.
“The most amazing birthday continues .. what a party -full of love and glitter and the best people,” she captioned her post, adding, “Thank you to everyone and especially everyone 💕💕”
In the pics, the “Serendipity” actress wears a sleeveless version of Cavanagh Baker’s bedazzled bodysuit ($2,700), a turtleneck style embellished with hand-placed Swarovski stones.
She added some extra drama in the form of a huge Nicole + Felicia Couture feather cape with a long train, wrapping the piece around her arms as she partied with pals including Demi Moore, Adam Lambert, Demi Lovato and British TV personality Vas J. Morgan.
The “Underworld” actress wore her hair in a perky ponytail, adding an oversized black bow and diamond drop earrings from Anabela Chan.
In one snapshot, she struck a sexy legs-open pose, giving fans a glimpse at her sky-high clear platform heels and rhinestone-embellished Self-Portrait bag ($484).
Later in the night, the star — who sports an arm tattoo in honor of her mother and daughter — changed into a sexy red velvet halter dress from The Blonds, with her second birthday look featuring rhinestone and bow embellishments and cutouts at the hip.
Fans chimed in on the post to wish Beckinsale a happy birthday — and also express their disbelief that she’d actually turned 50.
“Another birthday another day of not looking a day older 😂 happy birthday Benjamin button,” one fan wrote.
“Sexiest 50 year old alive?” another Instagram user commented, while a third added, “You’re not even 40.”

Indeed, people have long questioned the star’s ageless appearance, prompting Beckinsale to address followers’ plastic surgery accusations following her glowing cameo at the Cannes Film Festival in May.
“no threads no thread lift no Botox no laser no nose job no filler,” she wrote in response to one person wondering if she’d “had a facelift.”
While Beckinsale said she doesn’t get injections, she added that she relies on “facials with prp to boost collagen and micro current for skin tightening and oxygen.”
