Josh McDaniels Isn’t Going Anywhere According To League Source

NFL insider Josina Anderson has reported that according to a league source, Las Vegas Raiders head coach Josh McDaniels is safe. Much to the chagrin of Raider Nation, which is calling for his head, the besieged shot-caller isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.

McDaniels’ offense was completely shut out in New Orleans, 24-0, losing to the lowly Saints last week. On Sunday, Derek Carr and Davante Adams came out swinging against the Jacksonville Jaguars. It was looking like the Raiders were, for the moment, back. Unfortunately, then the second half happened, and the Raiders’ offense put up zero points. McDaniels’ decision to take his foot off the pedal is now being second-guessed. Both Carr and Adams expressed concern and frustration following Sunday’s game. As most Raiders fans are aware, owner Mark Davis has held meetings with McDaniels behind closed doors this season. However, Davis, at the same time, made it known that McDaniels wasn’t going anywhere.
