Joel Embiid To Undergo Surgery To Repair Meniscus, Returning This Season Not Ruled Out

Joel Embiid is set to undergo a surgical procedure to repair a left meniscus injury, sources told Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

There will not be a recovery timeline until after the procedure, though he is expected to miss an extended period of time.

The door is not closed on Embiid returning this season.
