Jacksonville Jaguars Apply Franchise Tag For TE In 2023
The Jacksonville Jaguars were expected to do what they needed to do to keep tight end Evan Engram on the team. The Jaguars are trying to maintain stability in the offense for Trevor Lawrence’s third season in Jacksonville. The team went from 3-14 in 2021 to winning the AFC South division and a Wild Card game in 2022.
According to Ian Rapoport with the NFL Network, Lawrence will have Engram back as a target for the 2023 season.
