Inter Milan have reached the Champions League final for the first time since 2010 after Lautaro Martinez‘s late strike sealed a dominant last-four victory over arch-rivals AC Milan.

After running out comfortable 2-0 winners as the away side in last week’s first leg, Inter held firm as hosts at the San Siro this time around before Lautaro Martinez struck with 16 minutes remaining to see off Stefano Pioli’s men.

It means Nerazzurri will contest their first Champions League final in 13 years at Istanbul’s Ataturk Olympic Stadium, where they will meet Manchester City or Real Madrid.
