How cup-final day will pan out at Wembley
The two teams will be announced an hour before kick-off so, at 14:00 BST, check the United App to see which XI Ten Hag has selected for the big game.
The pre-match show at Wembley features performances from the Massed Bands of the Royal Corps of Army Music and DJ Jeremiah Asiamah. The military band’s routine includes their version of the iconic hymn Abide with Me, while look out for club anthems Blue Moon and This is the One during the DJ set.
United legend Sir Alex Ferguson and former City forward Mike Summerbee will bring the matchball out onto the pitch and the presentation party will be led by the FA president, His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales. The national governing body’s chair, Debbie Hewitt MBE, Emirates Airline president Sir Tim Clark KBE and the FA Challenge Cup committee’s chair Neil Bausor will meet the two teams, in time-honoured fashion.
Jasmine Faulkner is performing the national anthem and a British Sign Language interpreter will provide translations of this and other moments during the final.
