Giannis Antetokounmpo Agrees To Sign Five-Year, $228.2M Supermax With Bucks
Giannis Antetokounmpo will sign the five-year, $228.2 million supermax with the Milwaukee Bucks. Antetokounmpo will have an opt-out for Year 5 of the deal and is guaranteed $256 million over the next season seasons.
Antetokounmpo will also have a 15 percent trade kicker in his contract.
Antetokounmpo had until December 21st to make a decision on signing the supermax.
Many teams across the NBA were preserving their 2021 cap space in hopes of Antetokounmpo becoming a free agent.
