Fulham rejects second Al-Hilal offer for Aleksandar Mitrović

According to The Telegraph, Fulham Football Club has turned down a new bid from Saudi Pro League side Al Hilal for their prolific striker, Aleksandar Mitrovic.

The Serbian international, who showcased his prowess in the Premier League last season, has attracted interest from the Middle East. Despite Mitrovic’s willingness to consider a move, Fulham remains resolute in their decision to retain their cult figure forward.

During his six seasons with Fulham, Aleksandar Mitrovic has established himself as one of the Premier League’s top forwards, impressively scoring 14 goals in 24 games following the club’s promotion to the top flight.

His exceptional performance even saw Fulham finish ahead of local rivals Chelsea in the league standings. As a result, Mitrovic’s value has soared, attracting attention from Al Hilal in the Saudi Pro League.

Despite already rejecting an initial offer of £25 million from Al Hilal, Fulham faced a renewed bid of nearly £30 million from the Saudi Arabian side.

Reports suggest that this improved offer was swiftly turned down by Fulham, demonstrating their determination to retain Mitrovic’s services.

The Serbian striker, intrigued by the opportunity to explore a move to Saudi Arabia, remains hopeful that Fulham will consider a potential transfer.
