Former Packers All-Pro has high praise for Chiefs’ Patrick Mahomes
The Green Bay Packers may have the most world championships of any NFL team, but the Kansas City Chiefs are the most recent team to win the Super Bowl. Patrick Mahomes, playing on a sprained ankle, won his second career Super Bowl MVP as he threw three touchdown passes and the Chiefs outlasted the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LVII.
In just five seasons, Mahomes has already put together a resume that rivals most Hall of Fame quarterbacks. He has won two regular-season MVP Awards, two Super Bowl MVPs, was named Offensive Player of the Year once and has played in the AFC Championship Game in each season of his career. Some have begun talking about Mahomes as one of the all-time greats in the NFL.
